How to Harvest
- Using sharp scissors, cut the microgreens above the roots and seed hauls.
- Although NO fertilizers or pesticides are used during growing, you may want to rinse before consuming.
Reminders:
- Microgreens are delicate.
- Do not cook microgreens (except for pea shoots).
- Place microgreens on food after, or towards the end of cooking. Microgreens may wilt if cooked.
Home Care Guide
- As needed, place pad on plate with a thin layer of water.
- After sitting 10-15 minutes, drain off excess water.
- Store in moderate room temperature (50 F – 72 F) or in refrigerator (except Basil).
- Keep away from fans or swift air movement.
- Depending upon variety, use within about 1 weeks’ time.

- Once daily, pour 1 cup of water in tray. Sway tray back and forth to distribute water.
- Let sit 10-15 minutes. Drain off excess water.
- Make part of daily routine (stock rotation, inventory count, etc.).
